Colour Healing is probably one of the most exciting albums I have worked on.The aim has been to produce a healing music album in which each of the individual music tracks vibrate and communicate a key colour on a mental,emotional,physical and spiritual level.

For example, RED is a very exciting colour and physically uplifts the spirit with great energy and zest. The music track can be listened to when you need to get yourself going, increase blood circulation and when you feel the need to get on and achieve bigger and better things.

Working very closely with Lilian Verner Bonds, the well known Author and vice-president of the International Association of Colour Therapists, Colour Healing is a unique album that captures the vibration of colours and enables us to use it in our daily lives to consciously influence our Mind, Body and Soul to promote happiness, health,and harmony."
