Relaxation is virtually impossible if your body isn't maintained properly. Exercise is critical to maintain a healthy and relaxed lifestyle, as well as increasing physical fitness it provides a range of secondary benefits.
Regular exercise improves sleep, reduces headaches, improves concentration and increases stamina. During exercise Endorphins are released into the brain and these chemicals promote a sense of positiveness and happiness. Exercise is a great outlet for mental negativity and accumulated physical frustration, through the exercise of your mental muscles along with your physical ones.
If you feel tired and exhausted at the end of the day, exercise is probably the last thing on your mind but if you practice regularly you'll have more energy and you'll tire less.
